For information based services such as – Care Jobs Pathway Service (Regular), IELTS Masterclass, Masters Applications, we don’t issue refunds if we have begun to provide the information which comprises of the services.
We issue full refunds for some services like Care Job Special Service if we fail to deliver within the stated time frame. No questions asked.
