2. 𝑬𝑩-2: This caters to most professionals holding an advanced degree or equivalent or persons with exceptional ability. If you have a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years work experience in a specific field OR have a Masters degree, you are eligible. There is a subset of EB2 for National Interest Waiver (NIW) – the category we help you apply for depends on your eligibility.
There are EB-3 and EB-4 but we are focusing on EB1 and EB2 at the moment as you can get these WITHOUT a US job offer.
For each of these categories, you family (spouse and children below 21 years) are also issues dependant Visas once your I-140 is approved.
